Harris Teams Trophy Champions 2022

A big day for Team EquiTrain with two teams entered in Harris and Pegasus Trophy. The maroon team was able to snaffle the Harris Trophy for a consecutive year! Teams Riders include : Charlotte Johnson, Erika Oudshoorn, Lorna Minnear, Camille Cuff. Was a fantastic day out and able to help host the day at Roydvale Pony Club alongside Pegasus Riding Club. Thank you for all who helped organise this fantastic event - shout out to the beautiful rosettes in EquiTrain colours (maroon and white)

Harris Cup and Pegasus Cup 2021 - Team EquiTrain’s Debut!

EquiTrain was excited to be invited to the annual teams event hosted by Pegasus Riding Club at held Kaiapoi Pony Club. The day consisted of two dressage tests, and jumps and obstacles! There are four riders in each team, and you can pick three different levels of dressage tests to compete. The best scores are put forward towards Harris Cup! We were thrilled to come home with the win and a beautiful trophy. Thanks to all who made this fantastic event possible!

Team EquiTrain est. 2020

We created Team EquiTrain to help increase support and motivation for riding and competing. By using group lessons to encourage riders and horses to socialise which found Riders from different areas, disciplines and ages come together. Being an equestrian can be intimidating and isolating at times, so our goal is to help riders work together to achieve their goals especially out in the competition arena! I am proud to see this has grown steadily to a lovely group of riders and horses in Canterbury.
